Why I Teach This Work

For most of my life, movement felt natural to me. Caring about my health felt intuitive. Then my mid forties arrived and everything felt less predictable. The same effort no longer produced the same results. And no one explained why. At the same time, I was becoming an empty nester and stepping into a new season of identity.

Instead of accepting that this was just how it is now, I chose to get intentional. I quit drinking. I learned how to fuel my body properly. I started lifting heavy weights. I built habits that respected my life and my energy.

At fifty, I felt stronger and more confident than ever. I became certified so I could share this work with integrity.

Since then, I’ve worked with thousands of women who felt just as confused as I once did. This training is the foundation of everything I teach.

What this Training is and is NOT

This training is educational. It’s reflective. And it’s designed to help you understand your body instead of blaming it. It is not a challenge. It is not a quick fix. It is not about doing more. It is about doing what fits.
